You’ll have your choice of one of a comfortable and cozy Studio Suites, One-Bedroom apartment or our larger two-bedroom apartments.
You can choose private or semi-private if you prefer companionship or to lessen your monthly rate. Our Semi-Private rooms allow for the resident to have the privacy of their own bedroom and share the common amenities such as the bathroom, kitchenette and TV lounge. We only offer a limited number of semi-private spaces.
Each unit is individually climate-controlled with a private bathroom that has safety features with grab bars and more. Most suites include a refrigerator and microwave and some have an amazing view of our plush grounds!
There are many safety features, including an emergency call system. You are as independent as you like, but immediate help is just a call away.
Our one-bedroom apartments start at $2,890, Two-bedroom apartments start at $3,450, Studio Suites at $2,400 and include at No extra charges

Spacious one-bedroom apartments at Tower of Port Hope range from 330 to 450 square feet. Some even feature a patio and fireplace!
Spacious Two-bedroom apartments at Tower of Port Hope are around 653 square feet, with some featuring a walk-in closet!
Our Studio Suites are akin to the size and layout of a typical hotel room, featuring a private 3-piece bathroom and ample space for comfort. Some suites also include a patio.
